AFTER SMASHING THEIR last two opponents, the Toronto Eagles have hit some sizzling form heading into the final three round of the OAFL season.

This weekend the Eagles face the Broadview Hawks in the second "Battle of the Big Birds" for 2009. This is set to be another classic match between these two rivals, with both side preparing for the finals.

The Eagles have hit form with decisive wins over the Guelph Gargoyles and the Central Blues. Both games saw the Eagles totally dominate their opposition around the ground and finishing with large victories.

The Hawks on the other hand have been is some disappointing form over the past month, losing some crucial games and drifting down the OAFL ladder. Expect to see them show some pride this weekend, especially at their home ground.

In round four the Eagles had full control over the Broadview Hawks and ended the game delivering a 43 point hiding.

This is set to be great confrontation between both teams, so make sure you're at UTSC for the first bounce.

STRENGTHS
The Eagles have been in some sizzling form the past two rounds and will be looking to continue.

Hard running, skillful delivery and one of the best sides for the season should prove to be a handful for the Hawks.

POTENTIAL WEAKNESSES

The Eagles will be fancied to win this weekend contest, but they will need to pay their opponents some respect.

There are some quality players on the Hawks who could take control of the game, it may not be as easy as some think.

AT THE SELECTION TABLE

As with last week, the Eagles have one of their best lists for the 2009 season, plenty for coach Falcioni to work with.

DANGERMAN
Salvatore Capoferri: Capoferri had a great showing last time these two teams met, having a solid performance through the midfield.

With a full list for the Eagles, 'Cappa' has the ability to fly under the radar and cause some headaches for the opposition.

IT'S NOT GENERALLY KNOWN...
This will be the first time the Toronto Eagles have played at the Broadview Hawks home ground at UTSC.
