The Gargoyles, always a physical outfit, have been winless so far this season and will be trying to notch there first win of the season by clipping the Eagles wings on their home ground.

Eagles coach Aaron Falcioni was happy with last weeks win but still thinks the team has a lot of work to do in order to get use to their new style play.

"The boys are working hard at training learning the new style of play and the more they do the better understanding they will have as the season goes on” Falcioni said "It's just a matter of time until it starts clicking on game day"

STRENGTHS
The Eagles forward line has been fantastic so far this season with all forwards winning contest and scoring goals.

This weekend should be no exception with the forwards and half forwards looking to keep their good form going.

POTENTIAL WEAKNESSES

With the absents of Matt Batchinsk and the reshuffling of the Eagles backline, inconsitency in the side may be an issue.

The Eagles in new positions will need to adapt quickly to nulafy any issues.

AT THE SELECTION TABLE

As the weeks go by and injured players become avaliable life gets a little easier for coach Aaron Falcioni. This week see a lot of first and second year players getting their oppurtunities early.

DANGERMAN
Mark Peterson: Playing his first game for the Eagles this weekend, little will be know of the big man from Australia. Peterson comes into an already tall eagles side and will add some valuable experience. His huge size and good foot skills will be a handful for any opponent.

IT'S NOT GENERALLY KNOWN...
The Eagles are a good traveling side and will be looking to continue there good fourtune on Gelphs home field.
